Abstract

The article analyzes the judgment of the European Court of Justice in Case C-288/12 Commission v. Hungary - action for infringement of a Member State under Directive 95/46, the Court of Justice of the EU on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
