Abstract

The content of this paper is to clarify the concept of social marketing. The author introduces the concept that social marketing campaigns, and focuses on "shared marketing" as a common form of social marketing.

She shows the advantage of the company's long-term cooperation and nongovernmental organizations. She presents the results of investigation of social marketing in the hotel industry with the fact that the hotel industry speeches rather find the concept of corporate social responsibility.
