Abstract

The article analyzes the concept of "moral hazard" including the dismantling of situations under which this phenomenon can be subsumed, ie the problem of "too big-to-fail" and the principal-agent problem. Peltzman. Finally, the article analyzes the possible sources of moral hazard with regard to the Czech Republic and possible solutions to this phenomenon.
