Abstrakt
The study analyzes the transformation of Czech policy in relation to the center - its attempt to take over the authority of the city, or on the contrary to stylize role omission peripherals. The issue is tracked from the late 19th century to the mid 20th century to the example of the Czech and Slovak political elite.
