Abstract
Treatment of scalp psoriasis is challenging and often unsatisfactory. Patient's compliance is crucial for improving the result of treatment - both the simplicity of treatment and the sensoric properties are a prerequisity.
New galenic forms as shampoo for short contact therapy, lipogel or foam meet these demands. In Czech republic the fixed combination of calcipotriol and betamethason dipropionate gel has been used for more then two years with a very good experience.
This year a foam with clobethasol propionate has been launched at Czech market.
