Changes in law and their impacts on politics

Abstract

The article deals with current changes in law and legislation and its impact on politics. It shows that present-day lawmaking is not unlimited as it was in history and that lawmaking constrictions spring mainly from human rights and judicial decisions (both passed by ECHR/ECJ and state supreme courts).

The author shows which consequences for politics arise from grounds of constrictions and offer solve the problems by patient work and clarifying role of law and politics.
