Clinical case: Maculopapular exanthema

Abstract

This case describes a prolonged and atypical manifestation of pityriasis rosea Gibert. The etiology of this disease is style unknown to the present.

It is considered infectious etiology, although unambiguous agent has not been confirmed. The disease has a typical clinical presentation and course, although described and persistent atypical forms.

Treatment is symptomatic, usually subsides spontaneously in 6-8 weeks.
