Anakinra treatment in Schnitzler Syndrome - results of the first retrospective multi-center study in six patients from the Czech Republic

Abstract

The authors analyze therapy of the Schnitzler syndrome in thegroup of 6 patients. Complete control of the disease was achieved in 5 patients, partial in one patient, with a median follow-up of 30.5 months.

Anakinra is an effective, proven and safe preparation with the possibility of long-term administration.
