Alkylamino derivatives of pyrazinamide: Synthesis and antimycobacterial evaluation

Abstrakt

A series of pyrazinamide derivatives with alkylamino substitution was designed, synthesized and tested for their ability to inhibit the growth of selected mycobacterial, bacterial and fungal strains.
