With the emergence the new "succesive" states in central and southeastern Europe, Czechoslovakia, Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes,Great Romania, in 1918, was possible to form Alliance between them. At first diplomatical relations, political, economic colaborations and finally military cooperation on the basis of Little Entente.
