Abstract
The text contributes to the question of interdisciplinary integration of education on the theme of consciousness and it consists of two parts: The first one informs about the results of the grant project "Ethics of Science in the CR: state of the art and its historical roots" and the monograph, which is its main result, the second part points out some confusions connected with the applications of the term "freedom" in different branches of studies.
