Týnčany Karst is a small limestone area in a granite landscape at the south margin of central Bohemia. In total, 258 lichens were recorded in the area during research between 2006 and 2012.
Involucropyrenium squamulosum and Usnea substerilis are published for the fi rst time from the Czech Republic, Placynthium subradiatum is new to Bohemia. Eleven taxa are discussed in detail.
For several species additional collections from other areas in the Czech Republic are included.
