On the inner chronology of the settlement of the Stroked Pottery culture at Libišany (Pardubice District)

Abstract

The study contains a complete analysis of the archaeological material recovered during archaeological work at a long-occupied Neolithic settlement. Extraordinary attention has been paid to the ceramic assemblage.

Through its relative chronological placement, it is possible to date the majority of finds to the early phase of the Stroked Pottery culture, more precisely to the transition period between stages II and III.
