Abstract
Using ICT is nowadays considered a vital part of education. Its efficient inclusion into Chemistry education belongs to often discussed topics both among academics and teachers.
Using ICT in education has recently been represented mostly by mobile technology. Not only motivation, but also support of education is therefore possible also with the use of podcasts - digital video or audio recordings available on the Internet.
This paper is focused on possibilities of podcasts or educasts inclusion into education. Further, various types of podcasts are discussed in order to identify their specifics for out-of-school education.
