Abstract
Regarding the centenary of the important Czech artist and poet Jiří Kolář (1914 - 2002) the study in a small book published on the occassion of the discovery of a group of early Kolář's collages is focused in a more detailed way to the period 1959 - 1962, the time of Kolář's intense experiments with the transformation of the word into the visual poetry.
