The main aim of this paper is to present the reader with various ways of improving academic self efficacy. Firstly, we will introduce the concept of academic self-efficacy as defined by Albert Bandura.
Secondly, we are going to mention the benefits of developing and improving self-efficacy at school and the basic sources of self-efficacy will be enumerated. The main part of this paper is dedicated to the particular methods of the development of self-efficacy within the scope of school education.
