The Standards of Arbitration in the New Rules of International Arbitration Courts

Abstract

The arbitration rules of the international arbitration courts are influenced by the current trends in the international arbitration (expeditiousness, informality and professionalism). The subject matter of the article is analysis and comparison of the new rules of selected arbitration rules in order to find and evaluate their common standards.
