Abstract
Using the "guiding thread" of the sophist Thrasymachus from fhe first book of Politeia, we'll try to approach the presumptions of the idea of education and correlatively of human being, which in the contemporary Europe is forgotten, or more precisely the pervertion and deformation of the original sense of humanity, from which Europe as such originate, is here in action.
