Abstract
An overview of pharmacology, indications and possibilities of laboratory testing rivaroxaban, a direct inhibitor of the new F Xa. On examination of thrombin generation test, the maximum concentration of thrombin (RHC Peak) move at a one-day administration of 20 mg Xarelto even when mnima effect (24 hours), still below the values in healthy subjects.
The article also discussed and current treatment options for bleeding complications, including new antidotes.
