The lecture was dedicated to the discussion of the role of discourse manipulation in the modernization of agriculture in the 19th century. On the example of informational coverage of the theme agroforestry in various 19th century official materials (Franciscan cadastre tax records and their textual documentation) the intentional forgetting of traditional management techniques in the official documents was demonstrated
