Abstract
Traumatology is a branch of medicine that deals with the treatment, diagnostics and treating dameged musculoskeletal system. Traumatology may also be known as accident surgery.
The effektive therapy of wounds in traumatology is based on the interdisciplinary teamwork. The article presents results of modern healing of wounds, which enables to remove a necrotic tissue from wounds quickly and effectively.
