This paper summarizes the results of the measurements obtained during the altitude training camp Czech athletics team. In groups of four elite female athletes were monitored at regular intervals values of oxygen saturation, heart rate, and perfusion index.
For selected training units was monitored using the intensity of the continuous measurement of heart rate and finding post-exercise lactate concentration in capillary blood and oxygen saturation level. Statistical processing of the measurement results showed that for elite runners do not occur when the combined application of methods high altitude training LHTH and LHTL and stay at an altitude of 2000 m above sea fundamental changes in oxygen saturation and perfusion index.
Contrast was found to be higher in heart rate, which fully corresponds with compensatory response to lower oxygen partial pressure and the reduction of oxygen supply to the organism. For all runners a gradual decrease in resting SF during your stay.
The values were compared with the standard altitude at which train, higher average about 15 strokes / min. At the same time it was shown that it is appropriate to use in addition to the monitoring procedure for preparing lactate, cardiac stress rate, and resting heart rate and resting and post-exercise oxygen saturation pulse oximeter.
