Abstract

There is a very close relationship between immigration and unemployment in Spain. Distinct context of this relationship is evident especially during the global economic crisis which has taken the form of employment crisis in Spain.

A dramatic increase in unemployment exceeds the threshold over 20 percent and causes ever greater Spanish economic depression in global markets. Immigration, unemployment, and the global economic crisis contribute to the deformation of the current Spanish economy.
