Abstract

The study is aimed to evaluate body composition and bone status in adult patients with active juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) untreated with tumor necrosis factor alpha inhibitors. In these patients, the lean mass was the main determining factor of total body and leg bone mineral content, and total proximal femur and femoral neck bone minela density.
