Abstrakt
in the text I examine links between personal responses to being a parent and the specific conditions of parenting within the context of the post-socialist Czech Republic. Additionally, by the analysis of selected artworks dealing with the topic of parenting, I seek to demonstrate overlaps between the feminist theory and the varied expressions of the parental subject.
