Abstract
Monograph of a sculptor, who belongedto the generation that founded Czech moder sculpture. In years 1905 - 1908 he settled in Paris, reflecting European modernism at the turn of the century, influenced by Rodin.
After return to Prague he professed neo-classicism and monumentalism.
