Special features of fundamental rights protection in EU law

Abstrakt

The contribution analyses the approach of the EU Institutions and particularly the Court of Justice to the protection of the fundamental rights during more than fifty years of the integration process as well as with regard to current issues e.g. the accession to the European Charter of Human Rights.
