Abstract
Designed laboratory exercise is based on standard microbiologic technique - disk diffusion susceptibility test. It enables students to try the work of microbiologist in a school conditions.
They can learn to isolate the pure culture of bacteria from environment and to test susceptibility of bacteria to several types of antibiotics.
