Abstract
The book concentrates on methods of transposition, on criteria of proper transposition and on effects of EU directives before and after the expiration of transposition deadline. Main aim of the monography is to come up with coherent and complex theory of the transposition of EU directives in EU Member States.
This theory should serve as methodological guideline especially for those that are involved in the process of ensuring proper transposition, interpretation and application of EU directives in the Czech Republic.
