Abstract

This paper focuses on the general evaluation of teaching methods from the perspective of nurses and midwives, which may be applied after studying certified mentor course in their teaching activities. Didactic teaching methods that are practiced on the theoretical part, reveal the possibilities of each health care worker in the fields of teaching, very often lead to self-awareness of strengths and weaknesses of an individual personality and show the complexity of the professional pedagogical students or graduates of medical disciplines, who are embarking into practice.

Mastery of teaching concepts, teaching forms and methods of teaching are practically based specialist often a significant obstacle. Evaluation not only of the whole concept of the course content, but also its practical didactic training is the default for further improving the efficiency and focus of subsequent stages of implementation of the course.
