Abstract
A substantial shift in opinions on health care organization towards strengthening of primary care was mentioned by Dr. Margaret Chan, WHO general director, during her presentation at the WONCA World Conference in Prague 2015.
Patients require accessible and affordable health care, respecting human being and his or her family and social circumstances. Czech Republic should also accept a strategy of primary care strengthening in order to meet pupulation needs.
