Abstract
This article describes a benefit of the substitution treatment with pancreatic enzymes in patients with exocrine pancreatic function disorder. It is based on a supplementum (Spicak J., Seifert B.) to practical guidelines for general practitioner on gastrointestinal disorders published in 2012.
