Abstract
The article is focused on two important, but demolished churches in Doupov. The first part of the paper is focused on the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, that is connected with the late Middle Ages statue of so called "Madonna of Doupov".
The second part deals with the late Middle Ages wall paintings of the Church of St. Wolfgang.
