Femoroacetabular Impingement Syndrome: First Experience with Surgical Treatment

Abstract

Femoroacetabular impingement syndrome is a conditzion in which the hip bones do not fit together perfectly and the femoral head rubd against the acetabulum. This disorder may gradually result in the development of arthritis in the hip.

The aim of this study was to assess the efficiancy of surgery in femoroacetabular impingement syndrome in relation to the technique used to show that surgical intervention hepled to alleviate pain and improve hip function
