Abstract
The debate over pay-to-stay and other fees paid by prisoners is not very common in European context compared with the American. Author presents Czech situation, describes international and intern human rights critique and compares countries of Council of Europe and USA.
Author further proposes recommendations to be made by Czech legislator.
