Abstract
The new Civil Code, which came into force on the 1st of January 2014 brought changes into tax laws as well. Besides terminological changes, the new legislation contains a newly defined characteristics of certain group of legal entities - beneficial effectiveness.
Changes in tax laws provide a number of new elements. For mentioned entities, the implementation will mean not only need to be familiar with these changes, but mainly to apply them properly in practice.
