Abstract
A national minority in the Czech Republik is composed of citizins of the CR united in their common attempt to preserve and develop their autonomous existence, language and culture. The state creates certain conditions for theirs activities,introduces special programmes, and provides funds from the state budget for this purpose.
The requirements and modes of the provision of subsidies are determined by the Government trough its decree, financial managementregarding the funds provided mostly in the form of subsidies is regulated by the Act governing the budgetary rules, as amended.
