The impact of the 2013 Amnesty on municipalities, namely on the agenda of social curators

Abstract

This treatise contains a concise collection of data to be more profoundly analysed in the "Analysis of the 2013 Amnesty and of its impact on the work of social curators" concerning such social curators who operate in the social prevention area within municipalities, that is outsider the area of the state authority. 91% of the amnestees soust the help of a social curator. Regarding this fact municipalities are the key factor of postpenitentiary care.
