Abstract
The main objective of this paper is to think about the phenomenon of tax havens, about their characteristic features, about the efficiency of current fight against tax havens and about the fact whether country like Czech Republic may decide from day to day to become the new tax haven to attract foreign capital and investments without facing any sanctions.
