Abstract
The article is the development of legal regulation of administrative proceedings in the territory of Czechoslovakia from 1918 to the present. With regard to the continuity of the development of the administrative proceedings in the introduction given to legislation administrative proceedings before the formation of independent Czechoslovakia in 1918.
The paper is especially emphasized the responsibilities of individual legislation containing the administrative proceedings. The paper also describes the legislative efforts to change the administrative proceedings throughout the period considered.
Post is seeking to capture the essential changes of the administrative procedure, particularly with regard to changes in the social order.
