Abstract
The contribution presents commentary to the part of the Czech Civil Code in the mentioned sections. Author deals with interpretation of sections 2894 to 2919.
These provisions regulate compensation for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damage. In the commentary for the provisions author concerns himself with general provisions on compensation for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damage and liability for indemnity.
