Abstract

Increasing life expectancy and a growing proportion of older people, the number of chronic progressive diseases such as dementia, is growing, so is increasing and those who care about so sick. The goal of the Communication is to specify and detail to capture the context and process of care burden and stress level of depression and anxiety in stages of the disease, the most common problems and experiences, emotional bond and other, such relevant factors for possible future sources of psychosocial interventions.
