Abstract
This paper focuses on the resources of the withdrawal from a contract under the New Civil Code. The first part of the paper summarizes the regulation of the withdrawal with an accent on the effects of the withdrawal under civil and commercial obligation relationships before the recodification.
Consequently, the paper deals with the conditions and reasons under which the parties are entitled to withdraw from a contract upon the new regulation. The following part of the paper analyzes legal regulation of the effects of withdrawal and related rules modifying the effects of withdrawal.
