Abstract
This article consists of a brief overview of the main topics of Azariah de' Rossi's major work Me'or 'Enayim. Azariah de' Rossi was Jewish scholar born in Mantua (Italy) around 1510; he is known for his masterpiece - a historiographical miscellanea Me'or 'Enayim embracing a very large range of topics and subjects.
The goal of this article is to briefly summarize the topics of Me'or 'Enayim and to focus on some of them trying to introduce the main ideas of Azariah de' Rossi.
