Primary hyperparathyroidism can occur at any age, the typical patient is a postmenopausal woman, rare primary hyperparathyroidism is found in pregnant women. Primary hyperparathyroidism is correlated to maternal, fetal, and neonate morbidity and mortality.
Primary hyperparathyroidism by the mother should be always recognized and treated, and it is recommended surgical treatment, which is only definitive. Our case report describes patient with two adenomas.
