Abstract
The aim of this article is the constitutional grounds for administrative judiciary in the Czech Republic. First chapter addresses the Czech constitutional grounds for administrative judiciary.
The analysis focuses also on the regulation in the field of international law, European Union law and european soft-law and relationships between particular parts of public law justice. The conclusion of this article clarifies constitutional model of administrative judiciary.
