"Prelude to Tragedy" : A Contribution to the Political Radicalization in the Interwar Period

Abstract

This chapter analyzes the social development and social changes in the Crown Colony of Kenya after the Great War, its political scene (above all the new political movements) and advancing radicalization of the local inhabitants. The chapter pays attention to the rising problems between this colony and its mother country.
