Abstract
In the first half of the twenties of the twentieth century, you can record a strong interest in the Papal Curia on the Czech College, which was closed during the First World War. It was decided to construct a new building that will bear the name Nepomucenum.
The question of the construction of the new Czech College -Nepomucenum - in Rome, meanwhile, reflect not onlyl religious situation in Bohemia, but also complex political and national situation in Czechoslovakia.
