For the correct diagnosis and comprehensive treatment of pediatric cataract is necessary interdisciplinary collaboration of ophthalmologists (pedooftalmologistcs, surgeon ) , pediatrician, and according to the etiology of lens opacities or even genetics, rheumatologist or neurologist.
