Abstract
Adrenal venous sampling represents important diagnostic step in the diagnostic workup of primary aldosteronism which serves to discriminate between the uniand bilateral disease. We report about the recently published Expert consensus about adrenal venous sampling which may help to standardize this difficult diagnostic procedure which requires not only skilled invasive radiologist but also experienced clinician for the evaluation of obtained results and well equipped biochemical laboratory.
